User Experience (UX) Designer
Spyder Trap is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our fast growing digital agency.

As a UX Designer at Spyder Trap Online Marketing, you will work within our team of UX and Creative designers, writers and others to ensure the delivery of best-of-class creative products for our clients. The UX Designer will also work with Account Executives, Project Managers, and Executive Management to make sure that each client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track.
Responsibilities:
- Employ user-centric design practices to create world-class user experiences for both desktop and mobile devices
- Define, develop, and document all front-end design requirements for projects
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements
- Serve as the business lead for UX decisions & recommendations
- Conduct usability studies and prototype studies
- Analyze data and devise strong companion visualizations
- Work seamlessly with the Creative Design Team to develop and maintain site branding and visual design
- Enthusiastic creativity; you are passionate about great ideas

Required Skills & Experience:
- Capable of delivering high-quality work, with occasional supervision from the Creative Director
- 2 years minimum professional experience in User Experience related field
- Strong samples of work including: Wireframes, User Flows, Personas and other deliverables
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate important aspects of interface design
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate design concepts
- Highly proficient in design and rapid prototyping tools including Omnigraffle, InDesign, Visio, Axure, illustrator or Photoshop.
- Experience working in an agency setting
- Knowledge of and/or experience with today’s web development technology trends
- CMS development & integration
- HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Mobile Web and app development
- Responsive Web design principles
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required; degree in Interaction Design or related field a plus
