Spyder Trap Online Marketing is seeking an experienced social media manager to join our fast growing digital technology firm.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, taking on challenges and be able to work both in a team and individual environment.  This position will have a strong background in social media strategy and will lead the initiative to identify new technologies and best practices.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Proven ability to communicate and think strategically
• Experience leading macro and micro campaigns
• Strong familiarity with multiple management and monitoring tools
• Experience in Google Analytics, Facebook paid feature, and LinkedIn paid feature
• Previous client interaction and presentations to present strategy development and campaign performance
• Experience in leading and building a team

Job duties will include:

• Guide Spyder Trap to a best in class category in social media marketing
• Aid in hiring, management, and motivation of additional social media resources as needed
• Advise the Spyder Trap team on social and online marketing changes
• Stay on the forefront of social media strategy and best practices
• Lead strategic and brainstorming sessions, strategy development, creative development, and campaign execution for staff and clients
• Ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining creative integrity, strategic plan, and acute attention to detail
• Monitor and measure social media usage, as well as examining, interpreting, and reporting on client’s community conversations
• Help lead and foster the company’s creative culture, team environment, and client/project success dedication
