Senior Project Manager
Spyder Trap, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior project manager to join our fast growing digital agency and development team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, taking on challenges and be able to work both in a team and individual environment. The lead project manager will manage a project from kickoff to launch ensuring that all projects are being completed on time, within budget, and that the project meets client expectations.
Required skills and experience:
- Five plus years of experience as a project manager in an agency setting
- Previous client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Previous experience in online or digital
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Job duties will include:
- Facilitate communication between internal project team members, and between project teams and clients
- Leading and supporting other team members
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing
- Create and maintain project estimates and schedules
- Assist in the creation of project proposals and client pitches
- Maintain project files/project archives
- Write and maintain project status reports, meeting recaps and agendas
- Track project changes and project-related tasks
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Solve issues, make decisions independently, and use sound judgment as to when issues should be escalated
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
- Manage day-to-day client interaction
- Set and manage client expectations
- Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives
- Continue to deepen own understanding of core technical areas of the company
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
The senior project manager will report directly to the lead project manager.
