Project Manager
Spyder Trap Online Marketing is seeking an experienced project manager to join our fast growing digital agency and development team.

The project manager will manage a project from kickoff to launch ensuring that all projects are being completed on time, within budget, and that the project meets client expectations.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in an agency setting
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Previous experience in online or digital
Job duties will include:
- Facilitate communication between internal project team members, and between project teams and clients
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing
- Create and maintain project estimates and schedules
- Assist in the creation of project proposals and client pitches
- Maintain project files/project archives
- Write and maintain project status reports, meeting recaps and agendas
- Track project changes and project-related tasks
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
- Manage day-to-day client interaction
- Set and manage client expectations
- Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives
- Continue to deepen own understanding of core technical areas of the company
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
