Spyder Trap Online Marketing is seeking an experienced account supervisor to join our fast growing digital agency and development team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, taking on challenges and be able to work both in a team and individual environment.  The Account Supervisor will initiate and maintain relationships with business units from one of our largest clients, supervising projects from kickoff to launch, and ensuring that all projects are being completed on time, within budget, and that the project meets client expectations.

Required skills and experience:

• Five years of experience in an agency setting
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Previous experience in online or digital
• Previous leadership experience

Job duties will include:

• Lead the Spyder Trap team as a whole to service client relationships, production, and management
• Ownership and lead role in client projects
• Development and management of internal team to service client needs
• Strategy, forecasting, and planning of business accounts and projects
• Create project proposals and client pitches
• Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Build a knowledge base of client’s business, organization and objectives
• Deepen own understanding of core technical areas of the company
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application onclient engagements
• Identify and develop process, education, and structure for account service team
• Ensure performance and service levels for account team are met
• Lead communication and collaborative sessions with account team
• Attend client related events, expos, and conferences 

The account supervisor will report directly to the director of client strategies.
