Lakewinds Natural Foods is a natural foods co-op with over 16,500 members and two stores located in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. Specializing in organic foods, Lakewinds features nearly one-third of their products from local sources. They carry a wide variety of special diet foods including over 1,500 gluten-free items.
Lakewinds was in tune with their consumers and saw the growing need for improvements in the mobile experience and website content. Responsive web design and a more robust content management system drove the client to redesign and develop their website with Spyder Trap.
With servicing and attracting local customers to shop at their stores, focus also went into local search optimization.
