Floor Center is a three location flooring retail and service business in the Minneapolis area offering carpet, tile, laminate, hardwood, area rugs and more.  

Using email marketing, Floor Center connects with their past and future customers on a monthly basis by delivering an e-letter with specials, product knowledge, flooring tips and more.  Floor Center also asks recipients to email them with their flooring questions so they can address them in upcoming e-letter issues.
