Stand Out While Hanging Out
While resumes are important, we realize that candidates are more than just a piece of paper. We also realize that having a party is a lot more fun than reading cover letters. That’s why we open our doors to drink, eat, and chat with potential candidates. Our culture is a big part of who we are at Spyder Trap and this is a way to give you access to that culture. Our hiring parties give you a chance to show us why you’d make a great Spyder Trapper, beyond the bullet points of your resume. It’s a chance to meet the team you would be working with on a personal level—the informal setting will allow you to drive the conversation and let you network on your own terms.

We’ve been doing hiring parties for a while now, but it’s time to do them even more. Between our growth as a company and how much fun we have at these events, we want to host them more regularly. Check back in often to see when we’re going to open our office up again to anyone who wants to hang out—and wants to potentially work with us. There’s an amazing pool of creative individuals in Minneapolis and we want to provide a place for everyone to come mingle and network. It’s going to be fun and hopefully fruitful.
