Thanks for the kind words Aaron. I met some great people too. Like you.

And to ad to your comment about the three question conversion conversation, it's important make sure you answer those questions in a tone and style that matches your visitors' language and thoughts. Generally that means a human sounding conversation.

I often tell people to speak to their online visitors in much the same way they talk to customers about their products and services offline. The more you write like you talk in the real world, the more your website will connect with people and convert them to customers.

Right on, learning the different perspectives is of great value. I benefit from seeing how others lead sessions and present as well as talking to attendees and what they valued/learned. Good to get to hang out with you!

Great recap Aaron. I think the "great people" is really what made the made event. It was great to speak with so many people with different backgrounds and different perspectives. To Tom's point I have found it is important to personalize exec Bios, makes them seem much more personable and easier to engage with online.

I had to get it out while it was still fresh in my mind! Your points fall into the take that many have: you can and should optimize anything that's online. Thanks for the comment!

You're way ahead of me Aaron, and nice job on this! I'm planning a follow-up post as well but not sure exactly when I'll get to that. I sat in on great presentations by @leeodden and @jenkaneco. One key takeaway regarding executive profiles; it's now advisable to incorporate a few common keywords, but make each profile (e.g. on LinkedIn) look like it was written by the individual, not by the marketing department. Uniqueness is more valuable than complete consistency.
