Hey Mike,

Thanks for the response. I could not agree more. We often find ourselves going against the grain when it come to the "traditional" agency model. For example we are truly focused on results based tactics and metrics as apposed to simply general awareness tactics. The same was true in this case. We were brought in and challenged to provide a level of service, results and value. If you can do these three things the work truly does speak for itself.

We are looking forward to what will be a mutually beneficial relationship between our two firms.

Thanks again.

Mike

Congratulations guys! The thing about this I find exciting is the fact that you guys were able to take individual projects, do them well, and let your work speak for itself as the relationship grew (at least, that's how it feels based on reading the release).

That's a great example for the agencies and firms looking for new business and assuming the mindset of "We need to land the _______ account." It's not entirely necessary to land a whole big account. Sometimes, all it takes is a sample for the client to want more. I think that's something more people should keep in mind.

Good luck with the work you guys will do with UnitedHealthcare in the future!
